Artist's comment: "In this painting, I have reflected two opposites of the spectrum. The young man is at a place of forming his ideas based on the world’s input – wondering how two people can still be attracted to each other when they are no longer young and attractive. What he can’t see is the angel pouring out the blessing that God gives to those who imitate His love to each other. Unconditionally and forever (Ephesians 5:25). A shadow of the cross is made from the couple symbolizing the ultimate love."
