My answer comes quick when I think of the Holocaust and many other atrocities of that magnitude. There is one such case recorded in the Bible. It is the story of a man named Elisha who was being hounded by the king of Aram because God was using Elisha to foil the king’s evil plans. The king sent his army to surround the place where the prophet was staying with his servant. When the servant looked out the window and saw the Aramean army, he panicked. When Elisha looked out, he didn’t. Why? Behind the Aramean army, Elisha saw that God had sent “Chariots of Fire” to protect him. He saw with spiritual eyes what his servant couldn’t see with his natural eyes."
