  Notes: From the "St. Albans Psalter", created at St. Abans Abbey essentially by Geoffrey de Gorham (or Gorron), Abbot of St. Albans (1119-46). Psalms 145:1: God is in Heaven, his hand raised in blessing. The psalmist offers up in front of him a book with the text: "I shall exalt you my God."
