  Notes: From the "St. Albans Psalter", created at St. Abans Abbey essentially by Geoffrey de Gorham (or Gorron), Abbot of St. Albans (1119-46). Psalms 121:1f.: Christ stands blessing the psalmist. The psalmist looks up to him holding the book with the caption "I have lifted my eyes up to the mountains". He points to the tag in the text: "My help comes from the Lord."
